Tunable 3 μm Pulsed Fiber Gas Laser Source

Abstract

We demonstrate a 3.1–3.2 μm tunable pulsed fiber gas laser source using an acetylene-filled hollow-core fiber pumped with a tunable, narrowband and modulated diode-seeded fiber amplifier. The maximum output power is 76 mW, and the power conversion efficiency is ~11%.
