Preparation of ZnO Quantum Dots in a High-Gravity Rotating Packed Bed Reactor for Two-Photon Exited Fluorescence Imaging of Cells

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

ZnO quantum dots were prepared in a high-gravity rotating packed bed reactor and showed high fluorescence properties. Efficient in vitro cellular uptaken of as-synthesized ZnO quantum dots was demonstrated by two-photon excited fluorescence imaging.
