Asymmetric Traffic Provisioning in Elastic Optical Networks Using Flexible Multiflow-Optical Transponder

Abstract

We propose an ILP model that provisions asymmetric traffic based on flexible multi-flow optical transponder (MF-OTP). Numerical results show that EONs using flexible MF-OTP can satisfy the asymmetric feature of traffic better.
