SiN-based Meta-hologram Combining Up-conversion Nanoparticles

Abstract

We numerically design a silicon-nitride-based meta-hologram that applies up-conversion nanoparticles to convert the 980 nm near-infrared incident light into 550 nm visible transmission light and achieves the visible hologram reconstruction.
