Abstract

We experimentally realized fluorescence emission difference microscopy (FED) using NaYF4:Nd3+/Yb3+/Er3+@NaYF4:Nd3+ upconversion nanoparticles, which can be efficiently excited by 808 nm CW laser and emit green and red emission. Spatial resolution of <λ/6 is achieved.
