An ultra-broadband tunable graphene-based metamaterial absorber in terahertz range

Abstract

We propose and numerically demonstrate an ultra-broadband graphene-based metamaterial absorber with 4.8 THz bandwidth of over 90% absorption and it can be switched from absorption (>90%) to reflection (>90%) within the whole operation bandwidth.
