High-rate physical random bit generation using broadband chaotic signal

Abstract

We propose a broadband chaos generation scheme with excellent time-delay-signature suppression using parallel-coupled triple ring resonators as feedback mirror and achieve 400Gbit/s random bit generation with the technologies of bitwise exclusive-OR operation and multi-bit extraction.
