Abstract

An integrated InGaAlAs/InP-based 8 × 8 cyclic arrayed waveguide grating router with a channel spacing of 2.2 nm in telecom O-band is demonstrated. The device can be applied to large-scale monolithic integrated circuits for optical interconnects.
