Abstract

We demonstrate a wideband tunable frequency converter based on an optoelectronic oscillator. 3-GHz microwave signal is freely converted to 3.85, 2.80, 1.94 and 0.78 GHz. Phase noise of generated LO signal is -100 dBc/Hz@10 kHz. © 2019 The Author(s)
