Lasing spectrum control for circular-side square microlasers with shifted output waveguide positions

Abstract

Circular-side square microlasers with shifted output waveguide positions are proposed and demonstrated to achieve lasing spectrum control. Single-mode lasing, dual-mode lasing and three-mode lasing are realized by changing the output waveguide positions.
