Continuously-tunable DFB Laser Array for Methane Gas Detection

Abstract

We experimentally demonstrated a tunable eight-wavelength DFB laser array for methane gas detection based on reconstruction-equivalent-chirp technique. A continuous wavelength tuning range from 1638.6 to 1653.0 nm is achieved by changing the bias current.
