Control design and turbulent phase models in adaptive optics: a state-space interpretation

Abstract

A unified LQG framework is used for analyzing explicit/implicit turbulence models for AO control. Behavior and modeling assumptions of several control laws are discussed, together with associated turbulent phase space reconstruction.
