White Blood Cell Classification Using Quantitative Phase Microscopy Based Deep Learning

Abstract

We have constructed a convolutional neural network for classifying white blood cells by using data from a quantitative phase microscope. Better than 90% classification accuracy is obtained in both training set and test set.
