Quantitative OCT of living rat kidney

Abstract

Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a useful optical biopsy tool. In this study, living rat kidneys were imaged using SD-OCT. Various sizes and shapes of signal free cavities (SFC) in 2D and 3D images were quantitatively analyzed.
