Cerebrovascular Reactivity Measured in Awake Mice Using Diffuse Correlation Spectroscopy

Abstract

We assess cerebrovascular reactivity in awake mice using intraperitoneal injection of acetazolamide combined with continuous monitoring of cerebral blood flow with a minimally invasive diffuse correlation spectroscopy.
