Abstract

We present experimental results concerning the effect of laser wavelength in laser-matter interaction studies and inertial fusion. Experiments have been made at several wavelengths using the fundamental frequency of a ND laser at 1.06 μm and also its second and fourth harmonics efficiently generated with KDP crystals.
