Abstract

Coherent picosecond light sources in the VUV and XUV wavelength region are attractive for research on the highly excited levels in and the dynamics of highly dense plasmas, which is essential for the study on the short-wavelength laser. For this purpose, a high-power picosecond excimer laser system is now under construction.
