Abstract

In spite of numerous publications on excimer lasers, a number of plasma-chemical reactions and their rate constants in laser active media are not yet well known. Laser diagnostics of low-temperature discharge plasmas allows one to study the formation and decay of excited atoms, ions, and molecules.
