Abstract

Photorefractive materials are the subject of intense studies these days because of their great potential in applications such as optical data processing,1 phase conjugation2 and laser beam steering.3 Bismuth silicone oxide (BSO) or bismuth germanium oxide (BGO) are particularly attractive because they exhibit great sensitivity and good optical quality.
