Abstract

An automatic evaluation system for rotating polygon mirrors has been developed. The system can measure all the parameters of polygon mirrors which are critical to their use in a laser printer. Furthermore, it can measure these parameters, such as wobbling angle and jitter, while the mirrors are rotating.
