Abstract

Tomography has found many uses other than for pure medical diagnoses.1-4 All these methods have one thing in common: information is already present, and all that is to be done is to recover the information by some of the inversion methods. We propose an optical method for information storage in planar or volume media. Information decoding is done by tomographic methods.
