2.4-kW YAG laser and its ases

Abstract

We reported the results of a 1.5-kW continuously pumped Nd:YAG laser oscillator consisting of four pumping heads and its uses.1 To obtain higher processing speeds comparable with those of high power CO2 lasers, we developed a 2.4-kW YAG laser consisting of six pumping heads.
