AlGaInP phase-locked visible laser array with stable in-phase-mode cw operation

Abstract

The AlGaInP phase-locked visible laser arrays are very attractive devices for their potential as high-power light sources with high-photon energy (>1.8 eV). In-phase-mode operation is necessary to focus the laser beam for practical applications.
