Stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugation of high- frequency laser pulse trains

Abstract

The threshold energy of stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) is increased for long laser pulses that stimulate competition processes. This threshold could be decreased by replacing the long pulse on the high-frequency train.
