Real-time Hartmann sensor for dynamical and statistical wavefront analysis

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

The Hartmann wavefront sensing method has numerous advantages in comparison with others from the point of its practical realization. We applied this method for dynamical and statistical wavefront analysis for laser and astronomical studies. The Hartmann sensor (HS) contains an array of 19 pinholes aligned with the centers of 19 quadrant position-sensitive photodiodes, arranged at a distance ≌ m from the array.
