Abstract

The sputtering hollow cathode (HC) Cull laser can provide cw or long pulse operation on several wavelengths in the infrared and ultraviolet, for example Ref. 1. The hollow anode-cathode (НAС) is an extension of the HC concept in which the anode is placed within the hollow cathode.2
