Abstract
The generation of ultrafast optical from semiconductor optical devices extremely attractive owing to the compact and efficient properties of these devices. Uses of these devices range from optical clocking, EO sampling, medical imaging, photonic switching, ultrafast spectroscopy, and optical computing.
