Abstract

We demonstrate lensless on-chip fluorescent imaging of transgenic C. Elegans over >2-8 cm2 field-of-view with a resolution of ~10 µm. This is the first time that a lensless on-chip platform has successfully imaged transgenic C. elegans samples.
