Ultracompact monolithic broadband in-line micro interferometric sensor based on multi-beam interference

Abstract

We demonstrate broadband micro interferometric sensor based on multi-beam interference using a singlemode fiber end-spliced with an end-sphered hollow-core fiber lens. The length of sensor head is less than 240μm and displacement resolution is 0.8nm.
