Tunneling Current in a Double Quantum Dot Excitonic System

Abstract

Two coupled quantum dots entangled through their interaction with a cavity mode, including Forster and exciton-phonon interactions, allow for observation of the Josephson effect in terms of photon assisted tunneling current similar to super current.
