Hybrid CATV and 16-QAM OFDM to the Home Device Networks

Abstract

CATV and 16-QAM OFDM signals are experimentally transmitted through a span of a 20 km single mode fiber plus a 25 m polymer optical fiber in-house network. Without any wavelength converting process or bridge circuit, good performance was achieved.
