Hyper-dimensional analysis for label-free high-throughput imaging flow cytometry

Abstract

We present an imaging flow cytometer capable of capturing phase and intensity images of individual unlabeled cells at 36 million frames/second to generate multi-dimensional scatter plots, leading to a considerable enhancement in cell classification sensitivity.
