Abstract

The FBG reflective spectrum was coupled to a optical filter for linewidth monitoring in strain sensing applications. The sensitivity was typically demonstrated as 48-MHz/με and the strain sensing limitation could achieve ~nε with kHz narrow resolution bandwidth.
