Selective Lasing and Nonlinear Relaxation of Confined Exciton-Polaritons

Abstract

We detail an innovative laser device based on a new relaxation mechanism for confined exciton-polaritons which preserves nonlinearity. We demonstrate the selective activation of polariton lasers at different wavelengths allowing to perform all-optical logic operations with fully coherent output [1].
