Noninvasive flow cytometry by heterodyne self-mixing interferometry

Abstract

We present a device for characterizing red blood cells flows in capillaries (speed, hematocrit, aggregation, …) . We’ve used the LOFI technique on a microfluidic system that mimics the human skin and subcutaneous tissues.
