UV-LED based fiber-optic sensor system for gas analysis

Abstract

We report on the development of a fiber-based photometer for diagnostics of next generation gas-insulated electrical switchgear. The UV-LED based sensor system enables accurate concentration measurement of a specific gas in a gas mixture.
