Holographic fluorescence microscopy with self-interference incoherent digital holography

Abstract

We demonstrate the cellular imaging of holographic fluorescence microscopy by implementing self-interference incoherent digital holography (SIDH) apparatus. Complex holograms of three different wavelengths are acquired and post processed to generate pseudo color image of cell.
