Compact Wavelength Detection System Based on a Gradient Grating Period Guided-Mode Resonance Filter

Abstract

We designed a linear filter based on a gradient grating period guided-mode resonance. By incorporating this device with a photodetector, the system can measure wavelength ranging from 500 to 700 nm with 1 nm resolution.
