Laser based processes for product customization in Building Integrated Photovoltaics (PV)

Abstract

This work presents new approaches for PV devices customization for BIPV applications using laser. Examples in c-Si and Thin Film silicon are shown. in addition the potential use of new meallization techniques using laser in this field are discussed.
