Abstract
We designed a hand-held and cost-effective smartphone-based microplate reader for quantification of colorimetric ELISA tests. This mobile-device, combined with machine learning, achieved >99% accuracy for the measurement of mumps, measles, and herpes-simplex-virus IgG ELISA tests.
