Ultra-high capacity microstructure sensor network in a single fiber based on hybrid TDM/WDM/FDM

Abstract

Based on hybrid WDM/TDM/FDM, a 3D encoded microstructure sensor network with ultra-high capacity up to 32000 is proposed. The competitive sensing performances are experimentally demonstrated in a prototype system with 64 sensors.
