Second harmonic generations in plasmonic 2D periodic arrays of Au nanorods

Abstract

The SHG excitation spectroscopy was performed for 2D periodic Au nanorod arrays with different rod-to-rod separations. The nonlinearities was mostly due to the isolated plasmon mode, and the plasmon-polariton mode have weak influences on them.
