Highly Transmittive Broadband Dielectric Nanoholes

Abstract

We demonstrate the fabrication and characterization of nanostructured transparent conductive oxides and via numerical simulation observe the parametric optical transmission trend. These structures can be used for customized light coupling to and from optoelectronic devices.
