Sub-Parts-Per-Trillion Sensitivity in Trace Gas Detection by Cantilever-Enhanced Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy

Abstract

We report a simple cantilever-enhanced photoacoustic detector, which reaches exceptionally good sensitivity in trace gas detection of hydrogen fluoride by using a highly stable narrow-linewidth optical parametric oscillator at 2.476 µm.
