The Effect of Temperature on the Dynamical States of a Time Delayed Mid-infrared Quantum Cascade Oscillator

Abstract

Carrier-to-photon lifetime ratio is a key parameter in the non-linear dynamics study of quantum cascade lasers under external optical feedback. We experimentally investigate the influence of temperature on this parameter and hence on chaotic behaviors.
