Colloidal Quantum Dots for Near-Infrared Phototransistor with CMOS-Compatible Structure

Abstract

We report a colloidal-quantum-dot photodetector for near-infrared detection. The detector has a CMOS-compatible structure with lower heat generation and interface treatment requirement. The device shows a responsivity of 5.9A/W at 1250 nanometers.
