Abstract

By implementing partially-reduced graphene oxide in fiber-calibrated Fabry-Perot resonators, we demonstrate a biosensing platform. By measuring the functionalized FRET and the intermode heterodyne interference, we achieve single-molecule sensitivity and selectivity for multiple target detection.
