Nearly Color-shift Free Full-color Monolithic Hybrid Quantum Dots Semipolar Micro Light-emitting Diodes Display

Abstract

Full-color displays demonstrate by the semipolar blue micro-light-emitting diodes array and quantum dots color-conversion layer. This display shows a wide color gamut and color stability since reduced quantum confined Stark effect by the semipolar substrate.
