High Repetition Rate Visible Frequency Comb Generation From Electro-Optic Modulation in the 1550 nm Region

Abstract

We generated a 10-GHz spacing visible frequency comb from an EOM-based comb in the 1550 nm region. A waveguide-type periodically-polled lithium niobate produced third and fourth harmonics comb, which ranging in the visible region.
