“Invisible” Nanotextured Substrates for Quantum Optics and Microscopy

Abstract

We show that nanotextured antireflective metasurfaces, fabricated by block copolymer self-assembly, can be used to suppress the influence of the substrate in quantum optical experiments and microscopy.
